If you have lost access to both your authenticator app and recovery codes, you can request to disable 2FA via support@mtrading.com email address.
The request should include the following:
- Bank statement;

Utility/electricity bill ( issued in at least the last 3 months);
- New photos of an identity document (different from the ones uploaded for verification);

Selfies with a valid ID document and a piece of paper with today’s date and your name (example is attached).
The request will be handled by the support team within 3 working days maximum (please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days). You will be notified in the reply letter about the results.
