In order to change your address, first make sure that you have your ID document uploaded for verification on the verification page. If not - upload the ID document.
Next, send a request to our customer support team at support@mtrading.com from the email of your account. Include the following information:
- Your ID document attached to the letter;
- Your new address in the following format:

If you have previously made deposits, please also attach proof of address - utility bill/bank statement that shows your full name and address (not older than 3 months).
The request will be handled by the support team within 3 working days maximum (please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days). You will be notified in the reply letter about the changes.
