In order to change your name, first make sure that you have your ID document uploaded for verification on the verification page. If not - upload the ID document.
Next, send a request to our customer support team at support@mtrading.com from the email of your account. Include the following information:
- The reason for the name change;
- Your correct full name according to your ID document;
- Attach your ID document to the letter.
The request will be handled by the support team within 3 working days maximum (please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days). You will be notified in the reply letter about the changes.
