In order to change your email, first make sure that you have your ID document uploaded for verification on the verification page. If not - upload the ID document.
Next, send a request to our customer support team at email@example.com from the new email that you wish to link to your account. Include the following information:
- Your current (old) account email;
- Your new email that you wish to link;
- Attach your ID document to the letter.
The request will be handled by the support team within 3 working days maximum (please note that Saturday and Sundays do not count as working days). You will be notified in the reply letter about the changes.
