In order to change your number, first make sure that you have your ID document uploaded for verification on the verification page. If not - upload the ID document.
Next, send a request to our customer support team at support@mtrading.com from the email of your account. Include the following information:
- Your currently used account phone number ;
- New phone number you wish to link (both numbers should be written in the international format including the country code);
N.B! Please make sure the new number is not linked to any other account, because a number can only be linked to one account.
If any successful deposits were made to your account, please attach a selfie with your ID document to the letter.
The request will be handled by the support team within 3 working days maximum (please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days). You will be notified in the reply letter about the changes.
N.B. After phone number change, your new number will need to be verified.
